Mediating and shaping - you are a key player in our company's success and operate at the interface between the specialist departments and IT. You advise our customers and design and optimize the core business processes in the healthcare sector. Your area of responsibility in detail includes. Consulting and implementation of strategy, process and organizational topics in the healthcare sector. Optimization of the process and organizational structure based on strategic requirements. Planning and implementing transformation projects and designing IT solutions as part of digitalization initiatives. Coaching and support for agile transformation projects. Assumption of sub-project or project management responsibility. Support with acquisition and pre-sales activities. Further development of our consulting portfolio.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU: YOUR SKILLS:
Completed studies (Master's or Diploma) with a technical or economic focus such as computer science, business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, health economics or comparable. Good knowledge of current IT, market and organizational topics. Professional experience of at least two years as a consultant or project manager in organizational or transformation projects or as a research assistant. Experience in dealing with challenging project situations. Good knowledge of the service industry, e.g., healthcare, public administration, insurance. Strong agile mindset, e.g. in project work. Technological understanding and strong IT affinity. Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness. Willingness to travel within Germany for project-related reasons.
